Description

It is an ideal experience for short-time travel in China. The imperial Forbidden City and Great Wall in historical Beijing, the remarkable Qin Terracotta Warriors in Xi'an and the famous Jade Buddha Temple in Shanghai, are all elements of a worthy journey into the soul of this ancient country of over 5000 years.
 

Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1 Bejing
Transfer via: TBA, on your own arrangement. Arrive in Beijing . Be met & transferred to your hotel by a friendly tour guide. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.
 
Day 2 Bejing
Full day city tours including a visit to the Tian'anmen Square - - the biggest public square in the world and Forbidden City(GuGong in Chinese) which is used to be the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, now known as the Palace Museum. After lunch visit the Temple of Heaven , the place for the emperors to worship the God (heaven) for good harvest in the past.
 
Day 3 Bejing
A memorable daylong excursion combines a visit to the soul-stirring Great Wall that across northern China like a winding dragon with the Sacred Way, guarded by sculpted stone animal both real and fabulous, which are photographers’ delight. Finally, visit the Ming Tomb.
 
Day 4 Bejing to X'ian
Take a Hutong Tour by rickshaw in the morning to see Chinese ancient building. Take an afternoon flight to Xi’an. Arrive in Xi’an. Be met & transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.
 
Day 5 Xi'an
You will have the whole day visit to the famous historical site of the Qin Terracotta Warriors . More than 6000 life -sized terracotta figures of soldiers and horses in perfect battle array shows the superb sculptural art of that time. Afterwards, visit the Wild Goose Pagoda.
 
Day 6 Xian to Shanghai
Visit the Provincial Museum , the Ancient City Wall and the Bell Tower . Then take an afternoon flight to Shanghai . Once you arrive in Shanghai , you'll be met & transferred to the hotel with your private guide & vehicle. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.
 
Day 7 Shanghai
Visit the famous Jade Buddha Temple with a 2m high sitting white Jade Buddha and the 400-year old Yu Yuan Garden, decorated with masterpieces of Ming architecture, as well as the Old Town & the Bund . You also have a chance to visit the Shanghai Museum and the famous Nanjing Road among crowds.
 
Day 8 Shanghai - Zhouzhuang- Shanghai
One day Zhouzhuang village tour. Drive to Zhouzhuang Village, an ancient village in south of China (about 2.5 hours driving). Visit Shen Family Residence, Zhang Family Residence and Mi Tower as well as a cruise on the small river through the village. Be transferred back to Shanghai late in the afternoon.
 
Day 9 Depart Shanghai
Free at leisure until to be transferred to the airport for your flight home.

You must have the names of all passengers EXACTLY as they appear on the persons passport and their ages.  If any passenger will be less than 18 or over 65 on the date of departure, then please let us know. Date of Birth must be supplied for all children.
